SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 CET/CEST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 CET/CEST are processed the next business day.

Average processing time: 1–3 business days.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe (EU & UK): 6–10 business days in transit
  • United States & Canada: 6–13 business days in transit
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–13 business days in transit
  • Rest of the World: 6–13 business days in transit

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–3 business days of placing your order.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
