RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@noodra.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to process and reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This right is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy. To exercise this right, notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we failed to inform you of this obligation prior to purchase. Refunds, including standard outbound shipping costs, will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchse within 14 calendar days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
